Paul Cadden was Grainne’s first client when setting up in private practice in 2006 and we have been working with him ever since. Exceptionally good natured and a great business man, we have worked with him on his restaurants in Clarendon Street and Baggot Street and the various take aways in Rathmines, Deansgrange and Windy Arbour. The brand initially developed by Creative Inc has been developed over time, but the architectural language of dark woods, subtle lighting with pops of pink and orange and have stayed with us in various guises. The concrete floor and large tables have long since been a favourite in Clarendon Street, whilst the parquet floors and rich orange seating create an intimate setting to the rear of Baggot Street in contrast to its big open street front with brick backdrop and brass display: the take aways too are never dull with dark timber shelving populated with exotic ingredients and tempting ice creams and wines all served up by the ever pleasant staff.
