House in Meath
Co. Meath

Moving out of a rambling character filled Georgian home to a completely modern house was completely natural for this indefatigable client. She had a very clear idea of what she wanted and was willing to wait for it. The planning process was difficult but through various observations, additional information requests and appeals to An Bord Pleanala, we finally realised the home of her dreams for her retirement. Entered from the North the house opens up to the south with a generous kitchen living and dining space, all flooded with light. Other accommodation includes a snug and guest room to the north and the master suite taking advantage of light from early morning where bathing in the generously fenestrated bathroom affords one a delightful view of rolling fields with only the cows as onlookers.
