Dunboyne Castle Hotel

This four star hotel required a face lift to its ground floor. Moving the reception desk to the opposite wall afforded us the opportunity to install a long single desk with a linen-lined wall as its backdrop. Low-backed curved couches as a waiting area then allowed the Period House backdrop to be viewed behind.

A limed oak screen introduced in the terrace cafe gave privacy to an area which previously acted as a walk-through zone. Banquettes, couches and round tables with appropriate heights for casual dining has proved a successful formula to create a very busy spot throughout the day.
